Hamas is lobbying for a stricter enforcement of Islamic law in Gaza – including provisions to cut off the hands of thieves, and execution of individuals who cheat on their spouses. A report in the Al-Hayat dailynewspaper said that Hamas expects the new regulations to take effect in the coming months, after introduction of the legislation in the PA parliament.
Existing laws mete out the death penalty to individuals convicted of murder, spying, homosexuality, or selling land to Jews. The new legislation will expand the crimes for which individuals can be executed to include disloyalty to a spouse – having sexual relations outside the context of marriage. Other provisions of the law include chopping off the right hand of a thief (along with at least a seven year jail sentence), and lashes for a large number of “crimes,” including drinking alcoholic beverages and gambling. All the punishments are derived from sharia, Islamic law.
In addition, girls age 15 will be able to decide to marry on their own, without requiring permission from their parents. Individuals age ten and over are considered adults under the new legislation, and are subject to the full force of the law for offenses.
Isn’t this just peaceful and so worthy of respect? Let’s keep laws that allow the government to murder gay people and people who sell land to Jews. What a tolerant, freedom of religion loving group of misunderstood, victimized “Palestinians”.
But on the plus side, at least little girls, who would be too young to drive in the US, can now marry and do the dirty with the 50 year-old men who buy them from their families now.
And who hasn’t said that 10 year-old kids should receive the same punishment as an adult? I mean, it’s not like they aren’t completely mentally developed and are totally aware of the consequences of their actions. So what if he only shoplifted a Snicker’s bar from the local bazaar…off with his hand!!!

Muslim extremists with ties to al Qaeda have been using Massachusetts and the city of Boston as a jihadi headquarters since at least 1993, according to a recent report by a top terrorism analyst.
At least 26 residents were found to have ties to al Qaeda, according to the report by the Henry Jackson Society. The activity dates from before the Tsarnaev brothers, radical Muslim immigrants to the United States, were identified as the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing.
Jihadist activity has taken place in Massachusetts since at least 1993 and includes in-state fundraising for terrorism, “those convicted of planning jihad, and even those who have been killed while fighting abroad,” according to the report by terrorism analyst Robin Simcox.
“The city [of Boston] and state of Massachusetts has a long history of ties to AQ [al Qaeda] and AQ-inspired militancy,” the report states.
“Even prior to last week’s Boston bombing, there had been twenty six individuals with links to Massachusetts connected to AQ [al Qaeda] and AQ-inspired terrorism,” the report states. “Fifteen had lived in Massachusetts, with eleven 9/11 hijackers using the Boston area as a temporary base from which to launch their attacks.”
Good thing Obama took the advice of the Muslim Brotherhood and their lapdog organization, CAIR, which directed Obama to scrub any reference to jihad and Islamic Terror from policy and training materials. And, even better for them, that idiot bowed down and made it policy.

Kuwaiti political activist, Salwa al-Mutairi, explaining how she once asked Islam’s greatest authorities living in the city of Mecca about the legality of sex-slavery and how they all confirmed it to be perfectly legitimate.
In unrelated news, Salafi Sheikh Yasir al-‘Ajlawni, a Jordanian of origin who earlier lived in Damascus, Syria for 17 years, posted a YouTube video at the beginning of April, 2013, where he said he was preparing to issue a “legitimate fatwa” making it legal (in the eyes of Islam) for those Muslims fighting to topple secular president Bashar Assad and install Sharia law to “capture and have sex with” all non-Sunni women, specifically naming Assad’s own sect, the Alawites, as well as the Druze and several others, in short, all non-Sunnis and non-Muslims.
In even more unrelated news, a few months earlier, Saudi preacher Muhammad al-Arifi also issued a fatwa allowing jihadi fighters to engage in “intercourse marriage” with captive Syrian women that lasts for a few hours “in order to give each fighter a turn”—in case you’re out of the loop, this is also known as gang-rape.

The mosque attended by the two brothers accused in the Boston Marathon double bombing has been associated with other terrorism suspects, has invited radical speakers to a sister mosque in Boston and is affiliated with a Muslim group that critics say nurses grievances that can lead to extremism.
Several people who attended the Islamic Society of Boston mosque in Cambridge, Mass., have been investigated for Islamic terrorism, including a conviction of the mosque’s first president, Abdulrahman Alamoudi, in connection with an assassination plot against a Saudi prince.
Its sister mosque in Boston, known as the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center, has invited guests who have defended terrorism suspects. A former trustee appears in a series of videos in which he advocates treating gays as criminals, says husbands should sometimes beat their wives and calls on Allah (God) to kill Zionists and Jews, according to Americans for Peace and Tolerance, an interfaith group that has investigated the mosques.
Sure sounds religion of peacey to me.
But I’ll patiently wait for the usual howls from the apologists and excusers who will screech like Banshees with a thorn in their left butt cheek about how “These are just two Mosques!!
