Me thinkum Big Chief be smokum Peace Pipe too many.
From Weekly Standard:
President Barack Obama spoke to the White House Tribal Nations Conference of Native American groups at the Interior Department Wednesday. The chairman of the conference, Brian Cladoosby of the Swinomish Nation, reportedly suggested that Obama is the first “American Indian” president.
“Think about it for a second,” Cladoosby said, according to the pool report. “The president loves basketball. He has an Indian name, he knows what it’s like to be poor and he hasn’t forgotten where he came from. And his theme song is ‘Hail to the Chief.’ I think he definitely qualifies as the first American Indian president.”
Let’s break this down:
“Loves basketball.” Raaacist!!
“He has an Indian name.” According to Dictionary.com, which researched Obama’s name, Barack is an African name meaning “blessed.” It is a form of both the Hebrew name Baruchand the Arabic name Mubarak, which also mean “blessed” and relate to the Arabic barakah. Another common spelling of the name is Barak.
Obama is an ancient Kenyan surname. The name is found frequently among the Luo, the third largest ethnic group in Kenya. It is believed that the name derived from the root word obam, which means “to lean or bend.”
Obama’s middle name Hussein is the first name of his paternal grandfather. The name, which is of Arabic origin, means “good” or “handsome one.”
Assuming that his name is “Indian” just because it sounds funny is….raaaacist!!
“Knows what it’s like to be poor.” In the book, “A Singular Woman: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s mother,” Obama’s mother received a base pay of $82,500, plus a housing allowance and a car, to work in Indonesia for Development Alternatives Inc. of Bethesda. Her salary of $82,500 in 1995 was the equivalent of $123,000 today.
In addition to his mother not hurting for money, (or is the equivalent of $123,000 per year considered poor now?) Obama spent the majority of his childhood with his mother’s parents-who were far from poor.
From 2-6 he was with his rich grandparents.
From 6 - 10, with his well-off stepfather employed by Exxon Oil in Jakarta, living in elite conditions and neighborhoods designated for foreigners.
From age 10 to College Days, Obama lives the Tropical Life with two well off grandparents. One rich, the other idle.
Even before moving to Hawaii, Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, was a Vice-President of a local Seattle bank. While her husband, Stanley Dunham managed a local furniture store, the couple Obama portrays as “typical white people” from Kansas who survived the Great Depression, actually lived in a upper-class suburb called Mercer Island-and anyone from the Seattle area knows, Mercer Island is not an area for low-income families.
When the couple suddenly took off for Hawaii, it wasn’t to escape poverty, but for Madelyn to pursue her banking career. In Hawaii she found her chance to became a pioneer in the American banking world. While her grandson was only nine and living in Jakarta’s walled compounds, she became the first female Vice President of the Bank of Hawaii.
In fact, Obama’s 2009 tax return shows that Barack Obama inherited $480,908 worth of Bank of Hawaii stock from his grandmother, Madelyn Dunham.
So, yeah, Obama has no idea what it’s like to be poor and assuming that he does just because he’s black is….raaaaacist!!
“…his theme song is ‘Hail to the Chief.’” Raaaacist!!
Yeah. Dumb people be dumb.
On a positive note, Obama was given the tribal name of “Hookum Maylee Wokum” which means “He Who Speaks Big Yarns While Eating Small Dogs”.
