So the USS New York….
…has been ordered to over to Israel along with the USS Gunston Hall and the USS Iwo Jima. The three battleships are reported to be used only to help evacuate US citizens, if needed, and possibly serve as floating hospitals.
In case things do escalate to the point where we become involved, I’m glad the USS New York will be in place.
Considering that the ship was built with beams removed from the World Trade Center, I can’t think of a more fitting way for it to be baptized than by giving the spirits in its metal some well deserved pay-back against radicals like the ones that displaced them.
You forgot who the CiC is. In all likelihood, he’ll order it to fire on the Israelis.
