Yes, it was a taken at Gay Pride parade someplace (don’t remember where the site said it was from).
But I don’t know if this was a isolated event for making fun of itself. My oldest boy is gay and went to the Gay Pride parade in our area and he said he saw the same thing there.
As far as if the people in the picture are gay or not….don’t know…but it was at a gay pride event so I would assume they were.
